I usually would take the car to my mechanic, but knowing he may be fairly busy and wouldn't be able to get us in right away, I grimaced at the thought of taking it to the dealership but didn't know what else to do. So I rang up Bud Brown and was greeted by a friendly gentleman, and scheduled immediately the following day along with a loaner car. The job ended up being a seized brake caliper and due to the stuck handbrake the brakes needed done as well. They helped us by finding a coupon which brought the cost down. My wife couldn't stop talking about how friendly everyone was and willing to help with our two year old daughter. Nothing makes me feel better then knowing that my family was cared for while I was away. I highly recommend them! More

Once done driving I never was asked the same old line of what can I do to put you in a car. I do NOT like high pressure sales and would have left, Max asked me if I needed to think about it and I said let's see if we can make the deal. What I liked was no pressure no badgering and I got almost what I wanted out of my car and a full tank of fuel. More
One of the Worst in KC BudBrown sells and advertises false information about their cars. They told me that my car was with a equipped with more options than there truly was, BudBrown sells and advertises false information about their cars. They told me that my car was with a equipped with more options than there truly was, like Car-Net. It wasn't until I came back to the dealership and then talked with my salesman and called VW Of America and the told me over the phone that my car wasn't equipped with anything that I was sold on. I should have kept my brand loyalty to Mercedes. I will not buy a VW ever again, it's a deceiving company (as seen in the TDI buyback) and I wouldn't buy from BudBrown as it's a deceiving Stealership. If you really want a VW go to Molle or Lee Summit VW first. As far as the car, The APP connect doesn't even work I have video of it and pictures. My 2017 has 500 miles on it and they refuse to fix it. During the sales process they advised me that my credit would be ran once. That was another lie. A couple days after the purchase they ran it multiple times without my consent. I went back in the dealership and they refuse to do anything. The people running this don't know anything about the product they are selling and clearly do not have you, as a customer in their mind. Don't waste your time here you'll regret every minute. More
