Bought a used car People were friendly. I don't normally like working with dealers but this one is different. Sam Silverman was our salesperson. I would buy another car People were friendly. This was a wonderful experience Rick and Ben were wonderful to me. From the minuet I was approached I felt valued and respected. Rick was kind and I felt very honest with me. Allowing me to take the car and spend sometime with it was a selling point for me. Ben was also extremely helpful. Answering my questions, and as an older person I never felt dismissed. So may times these days it's difficult to establish eye contact with younger folks and Ben was superb in that area. I felt valued, connected, and respected. I will say that I felt Kevin (in finance) was distracted and did not connect with me in a way I would have liked. I had an occasion to speak with him both in person and on the phone 3 days in a row after my initial time during the finance process (at least an hour in his office) and each time I had to remind him who I was.
