We asked for Missy McConnell again because she is the best! Again, she made buying a car painless because of her willingness to listen to what we need/want in a car, finding that car, and then making sure we were totally familiar with our new car before we drove it off the lot. Missy followed up with a phone call later that week to ask how we were doing with our new Jetta and if we had any questions or concerns.
