Went in for a Hyundai walked out with a VW I chose to look at this dealership since I was looking for a sporty hatch-back. They had two of the cars I was looking at, a Hyundai Veloster Turbo, a I chose to look at this dealership since I was looking for a sporty hatch-back. They had two of the cars I was looking at, a Hyundai Veloster Turbo, and a GTI turbo. I called an scheduled an appointment to test drive the Veloster, because that is what I thought I wanted. It had everything I wanted and the price was great, but after driving it, i wasn't too impressed, and I let Jerry know that after the test drive. He asked if there were any other cars I was interested in, and thay had the GTI there, so I asked if that was available for a test drive. Without hesitation, he went and got the keys. Immediately I liked the GTI much more than the Veloster. I told Jerry that I wasn't going to buy that day, but he was still very happy to sit down and explain everything to me. While there he got me the CarFax, and we ran some number to see what financing would be. He was very low pressure, and seemed to want the best for me. I went back the next day after I had figured out my own finances, and Jerry was out of town for training, so I met with Sam. I had basically the same experience with him as I did with Jerry, very low pressure, and more than happy to help. We sat down and went through all the paperwork and came to an agreement on price very easily. After that we had to wait for finance to come get us to fill out all of the paperwork. The waiting room was great with water and coffee, and a TV with comfy chairs. It just took about 45 minutes for us to come back to meet with Finance to be able to actually sign all the paperwork. This was to only less than desirable experience, because we had already been there a couple hours. Once we met with Kevin, everything went quickly though, and he was great to deal with, very friendly and knowledgeable. More
