They were going to rotate my tires, and after looking at them instead of going ahead and just doing it and charging me, they told me that they looked at the wear and it wasn’t necessary right now. They could have so easily taken my money, but instead, the did what was right. I will be a customer for life. More

My car had a check engine light on and they did a full diagnosis and gave me a full list of repairs that I should consider. Only being there for about 20 minutes, they let me borrow one of their loaner cars for the next 3 days while my car was getting diagnosed and repaired. The issue was originally quoted at a significant amount but when picking the car up, it was less than half of what they quoted. Steve single handily made my first experience at Bud Brown more than ideal. He was professional, respectable, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle as well as all VW vehicles. No doubt in mind that I will be visiting Bud Brown again in the future for any maintenance related needs. More

Car Buying Experience I loved working with Jason. He was extremely professional and highly recommend him. He also should understand the industry is changing and millennials such as myself are a huge part of the buyers market currently. You have to move forward and it just seems like he is stuck in the past. To the dealer I would highly recommend investing in making the customers experience more enjoyable as a whole. Most new modern dealers have various complimentary snacks and even full operating cafes. All I could get at Bud Brown was a free bottle of water. The vending machines didn’t even work when I tried to get a snack after being there 5 hours. When I mentioned this to Kevin the first thing he said was “then are you willing to pay more the car”? You shouldn’t charge your customer more money for providing something that most dealers are now doing. That’s just the cost of doing business. More
