Professional, courteous, & honest. Great service, and I've been coming to them since I bought a new 2012 Tiguan. I now have a 2016 Jetta GLI and a 2014 Tiguan R-line. They are friendly and patient, and don't try to force services on you or guilt trip you. Steve is usually my service advisor and he is awesome. If have any gripes, it's that they can take longer than I'd like, and dealership prices can be slightly high. I'll say that I always do my research on pricing and they are competitive with other local options on tires, battery, and general maintenance. I've never felt ripped off. Waiting room is comfortable and has a TV and free coffee and water. They have loaner vehicles for anything but quick oil changes and those are free and are usually nearly new vehicles. More
