Last week my husband and I decided to buy a second Tiguan. I phoned Bud Brown, spoke with the manager Rick Pringle. Rick assured me that they had a wide selection of Tiguan's and he would take good care to make it a smooth trade. I arrived the next morning, met with Missy McConnell and to my delight, the three Tiguan's I was interested in were lined up in front of the dealership. I was favorably impressed from the moment I entered the showroom and was greeted until I drove away in my new Tiguan !! Bud Brown will be my VW dealer for life. And Missy was the consummate sales person !! More

People nice, work is minimal. I like the service manager Steve a lot, but I bought the car with a big Chip out of the front passenger window. We test drove it first, it was raining, so no need to unroll the window. Who would think? They replaced the window, and sent it to be tinted. After market tiny made it hard to match, but it's noticeably a cooler color than the other windows. Also the clear coat job was terrible, lots of areas left unrubbed away, drips inside seen. I hate to be this way, but for as much as you pay to have that done, it should never look like something you could do yourself on a bad day. More
