No one was available so Smokey asked what I was looking for and got keys to a Jetta. If he had not seen me I would have left and come back at a later time. I had another dealership that was pursuing me-probably would have headed to Lees Summits. When Smokey found out I was looking at a specific Jetta he went back to get the keys - he cane back with Sam who took over from him. More

My highest regards to Max!! I did want an extended warranty for this vehicle and spent some time working with Kevin to get all the choices. He was able to present me with a few options depending on my expected annual mileage.
