He gave me a wonderful presentation of the Passat I came in to see. He made me feel as though I had purchased a car already before I actually had. He walked me through all the details and features of the car, he even let me drive it on the highway, which was awesome to me because I needed to know just how it handled on the highway. I got a great deal on a vehicle needless to say but the customer service I received was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend going in to see Shannon for sure.
