Everything was done correctly and no pushy up sells on anything else. Service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable and offered advice on which replacement tires would work best in the future. Overall very satisfied and would recommend the service department here. More

Lost astar due to the fact I called to schedule an appointment because I had an issue with an inopperative power point Oil change done in short order. Lost astar due to the fact I called to schedule an appointment because I had an issue with an inopperative power point in the console, in addition to the oil change. The service writer I spoke to seemed rather condescending when he told me that I did not need an appointment. When I showed up, I was told I would most likely need an appointment to solve the issue. Fortunately, the service dept. was able to take care of it in one visit as I live some distance from the dealership. More
