Above and beyond. We previously visited Bud Brown VW a few months prior to our visit on Saturday, October 27th looking for a Golf (any model). I had looked at the websi We previously visited Bud Brown VW a few months prior to our visit on Saturday, October 27th looking for a Golf (any model). I had looked at the website the day before and found a Wolfsburg Edition Golf that had just been listed. We decided to that car would be the focus of our trip to Bud Brown, since it was practically brand new and at a great price. When we arrived, a few minutes later, Max greeted us and asked what we were interested in. We had mentioned the car on the website and for the moment Max wasn't sure they had it since the website showed a stock photo of the car. He explained that most times there is a stock photo on the website the vehicle would not be in the possession of the dealer yet or ready for show. After we told him what drew us to that car, he politely asked us to wait while he searched for it. No more than 5 minutes had passed and Max came out with a smile and said the vehicle had arrived the night before and was able to show the car. The service department had just finished the inspection that morning and we were able to test drive it. Great work to the service department for the quick turnaround on a vehicle that arrived the day before. It didn't take long after test driving the car that we knew we wanted it. We told Max that we would like to purchase the vehicle since it met all our requirements and then some. He sat down with us went over all the key points of buying a vehicle and was genuinely interested in making sure we understood all of it. During the process there was about a 30 to 45 minute delay and Max couldn't have been more patient which really made us feel great. After we had passed the minor delay everything was downhill. The car hadn't been cleaned yet and while we were finishing the paperwork with Jerry, who also was very helpful and informative, Max asked the service department to clean the car so we could drive off the lot as soon as we were done. We finished then Max walked us to our beautiful VW Golf Wolfsburg Edition. We drove off happy and excited to hit the road in such a great car! Thanks to everyone at Bud Brown for such a great experience and great work! More
