Got me another Jetta! I am an anxious car buyer and with my 2016 Jetta lease ending, I was all over the place trying to decide what to do. I liked my Jetta but my wife wasn’t happy with the seats. So we finally went Bud Brown (where I leased my Jetta) to test drive a 2019 Jetta. Melissa McConnell (sales) quickly put me at ease. I spoke with her before about my wife's hesitation and she made her feel at ease too. After sitting in a showroom car, we took a test drive. The seats were very comfortable and heated too! Bottom line is I moved up in model and down in payments!! And the whole experience with Melissa was so wonderful and personal, I had to give her a hug before leaving. More
