I had my brakes replaced on my 2010 VW Routan van I needed to have my brakes replaced last year so I went to another shop in Olathe . They replaced the pad and rotors and did not find the problem . They replaced them again under warranty and still did not fix them . BUD BROWN VW did candidates called me and told me the problem and the cost before they did the work. They even gave me a loaner to drive because they didn't want me to drive it unsafe anymore . I feel safe now . I will be back and that other shop will hear from me . More

I’m a veteran at buying cars and have no qualms about investigating options I went into this dealership expecting to simply test drive a vehicle. I’m a veteran at buying cars and have no qualms about investigating options before I take action. When I got to the dealership and explained my situation, a daughter in need of a reliable SUV to be driven more than likely in another city, I didn’t expect them to be able to satisfy my price point and option list. Brandon did a great job in listening and finding me what I needed, and what my daughter wanted. Rick the general manager, was courteous unassuming and easy to work with. There was no high pressure whatsoever. Jerry the finance manager, easily handled my needs and helped me to understand the advantage of some of the options that are always pushed at the end of the purchase process. I found it logical simple and helpful. We walked away with a great vehicle, a Volkswagen Atlas, that was easy on the pocketbook & sporting an extended warranty that should care for my daughter when I am not there to do so. Brandon even introduced us to Steve the service advisor so that my daughter felt comfortable visiting in the future. It’s a good group they have assembled over there.
