They worked very hard to get us the price that we could afford. Luke was our sales associate and was very professional. He made purchasing our new truck easy. He was honest and explained every step of the way. My overall experience was 5 stars and I would recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone in the market for a new Nissan More

The vehicles were very fairly priced and the sales and financing staff were very helpful. We never once felt like we were being pressured. They worked with us to get the price and payments to a number we felt happy with. I would definitely recommend going here. It was a refreshing change from many of the other dealerships we have visited. More

I purchased my truck in March of 2011 from Buckeye Nissan. During the test drive my wife and I heard a noise coming from the front end of the truck. We brought up the issue to the salesman and mange Nissan. During the test drive my wife and I heard a noise coming from the front end of the truck. We brought up the issue to the salesman and mangers took them for a drive and they admited they heard the same noise. Being that the price was attractive, it was the only one at that price we made the offer of purcahsing the vehicle as long as the noise was not a major issue with the performance and it could be corrected. They agreed to look at the vehicle BEFORE we took delivery, I even have a written statement from the manager that he would upgrade us to a New 2011 truck at the same price if they did not fix the noise. A few days later I was called and said all was good, it simply needed some lubricant appled...? They claimed that 3 different people drove the truck several times during those days and the noise was not present. I accepted their word and went to pick the truck up. The second I hit the exit of the dealership I heard the same noise again, turned around and took it back. I didn't even make it 1/10 mile down the road. I went directly in and spoke with the manager we had been working with, his words, "well since you took delivery this is now a service issue, you need to go back and set up an appointment." Needless to say I was extremely upset with the entire process at this point, I refused to have to set up an appointment, told the manager to take care of it and get me a vehicle to drive while they had mine. About and hour later I was driving a rental from Enterprise on the same day I was supposed to be driving my new truck. So the entire process has taken me away from work for 1.5 hours. Roughly 1 week later they were still working on my truck claiming they have been unable to locate the noise, of which they were now magically hearing. I called the sales manager to speak with him about the next step. He gave me a run around story about how sometimes these things take longer than expected and that they are doing everything they can to fix the problem. I expressed my overall concerns about the process, and brought up the written statement he made about replacing the truck since I was not satisfied with the repair before taking delivery. He mumbled something and said I would have to come up the price difference because they did not have an exact replacement. I said, not my problem this is the gaurantee you made to me. He replied that he was not sure he would be able to honor it since I took delivery. At this point I am stuck, I don't have the money to hire a lawyer to fight this, they know they have me by the ..... and I am making payments on a truck that I haven't even been able to take home. A couple days later they found the issues, a spring had been installed incorrectly at the factory and they replaced it. Unhappy about the entire process, but I was finally able to go pick up my new truck. A couple months later I was due for my first oil change, of which they do give you for free. I scheduled an appointment to have this done and asked how long I needed to be away from work. Express service, 30 minutes garaunteed is what they told me. Went in, the service advisor took my keys said give us about 30 minutes, you can wait inside. 45 Minutes later a rep came and said your truck is done, we are just running it through a courtesy wash for you. 25 Minutes later I see my truck come through. The rep comes to get me, as I am getting my keys back I ask if the oil changes always take an longer than a hour. They reply, sorry we are busy today and we also washed the truck. I asked if the wash takes 30 minutes, they said no. I asked why then was I told it would only take 30 minutes when I got here. No one could reply, they just said sorry. I called in to speak with a service manager to express how upset I was and how I felt very disrespected as a customer. I was hung up on once by the receptionist, was tranfered to general voicemail box twice and finally after I had to refuse to leave a voicemail and told the receptionist to put me through to a person she replies, "fine" and I held for 20 minutes. A service manager was finally able to pick up and I spoke to her about the entire process, she admitted they were in the wrong and gave me two free oil changes. A little leary about the idea of taking my truck back I figured I would give their servcie dept one more chance on the oil change, plus I was also hearing a gurgling water noise coming from the truck when it was cold. When I pulled in a service advisor came up and asked what I was here for, I told him about having a free oil change, he replied ok, is this your first? I said no I had two additional free changes given to me. He said we don't do that here sir. After having to convince him to look me up he admitted he was wrong. I also asked him to have the tech look into the gurgling water noise I was hearing, he smirked at me and said yeah...ok he will check the fluid levels. He didn't even ask me to explain what I was hearing in more detail, nor did he seem to care. It is hard to relay in words, but the tone and body language of this guy was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. Needeless to say, I am done with Buckeye, I am tired of not being respected as a customer. I still have a free oil change on my account and to me it is not worth it, I will pay someone else that actually cares about me. Oh yeah, my truck has now been in the shop at a different dealer for over 3 weeks regarding the water noise I told Buckeye I was hearing. Nissan Tech Support has not been able to fix the problem and I am waiting on a regional field engineer to come take a look. The dealership has even offered to cover the entire costs of my rental and I didn't even purchase the truck from them. Now THAT is customer service! More

Dale found me a replacement car since mine was totalled for the same money I was given from insurance. It's a great car, not even their own brand and the car rides great. I just went in for my first oil ch for the same money I was given from insurance. It's a great car, not even their own brand and the car rides great. I just went in for my first oil change - it's free, fast and the service team were very friendly. Dale was able to work with me to get a great deal and I've recommended my family and friends to them as well. Dale wasn't there the day I did a test drive and 'Goose' was so helpful too! I didn't feel pressured to buy what I couldn't afford and would definitely come back when I need another car some day. More
