The best service department and service manager of all the Honda dealerships. I had an emergency with my Crv and the service manager immediately put someone on it and fixed my problem on my new 2024 CRV. the Honda dealerships. Just bought a Honda CR-V from Chad Balser at Buckeye Honda Lancaster and I must say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had! Buckeye Honda has been amazing from the start! Tammy Fox, who sold me the car in December 2020, was the absolute best! I went to Buckeye specifically because of the reviews I saw about her online. My follow up service since has been nothing short of amazing and easy. I live almost an hour away but it is worth the drive to know that my CR-V is in good hands. Thank you Buckeye Honda! I had the pleasure of once again driving a further distance amongst options to work with the Buckeye Honda Service Dept. Simply stated, knowing that Buckeye Honda has engaged such a personable profes distance amongst options to work with the Buckeye Honda Service Dept. Deceitful Pricing. First and worst, this dealer tacks on mandatory $1300 upcharge on all purchases. They call it a protection plan but justify it by saying other dealer just make you pay a fee. If i didnt ask for the plan and the dealer refuses to remove it, it is a fee in my book. Next they tried to saw that the car had to come with optional $200 mats. No mats were on the sticker and and the manufacturer included fabric mats were in the trunk. If i didnt ask for the mats and the dealer refuses to sell withou them, its a fee. Last but not least trade in. I was quoted 38500 the day before and providdd pictures. I drove 1.5 hrs and was offered 37500. All and all the car would have cost $2500 more than I was expecting the day before. They did negotiate a bit as I started pointing this stuff out. As a general rule, I find it a bad idea to give a bunch of money to businesses that misrepresent facts from the jump. More

I’ve been a customer of Buckeye for approximately 18+ years. On 8/27/21 I closed my 7th lease a 22 Civic EX. Justin L. was excellent thru the process, oh and so was I (lol)!
