Deceitful Pricing. First and worst, this dealer tacks on mandatory $1300 upcharge on all purchases. They call it a protection plan but justify it by saying other dealer just make you pay a fee. If i didnt ask for the plan and the dealer refuses to remove it, it is a fee in my book. Next they tried to saw that the car had to come with optional $200 mats. No mats were on the sticker and and the manufacturer included fabric mats were in the trunk. If i didnt ask for the mats and the dealer refuses to sell withou them, its a fee. Last but not least trade in. I was quoted 38500 the day before and providdd pictures. I drove 1.5 hrs and was offered 37500. All and all the car would have cost $2500 more than I was expecting the day before. They did negotiate a bit as I started pointing this stuff out. As a general rule, I find it a bad idea to give a bunch of money to businesses that misrepresent facts from the jump. More
