Excellent transaction My vehicle went down and I was told that it would cost $2,000.00 to fix it. I went over to Buckeye Ford just to see what they had to offer. Todd Sei My vehicle went down and I was told that it would cost $2,000.00 to fix it. I went over to Buckeye Ford just to see what they had to offer. Todd Seitz greeted me warmly and empathized with my situation. I found a vehicle that I was interested in so Todd allowed me to take it home for the evening. Since he was off the next day I was able to keep the vehicle for two days. This was great since I did not have a vehicle. I called Todd on Thursday and told him that I wanted the same vehicle but in a different color. Todd immediately went to work and between him and the Buckeye team I was approved. I picked up the vehicle that night. Since the vehicle required an oil change Todd came to my employer the next day to pick the vehicle up so that Buckeye Ford could service my car. While Buckeye had my new vehicle and was changing my oil they noticed that the transmission had an issue. I was told to keep the rental while Buckeye Ford serviced my new vehicle. I was going on vacation and I needed a bigger vehicle. Buckeye Ford arranged for me to have a rental for the week that I was on vacation and Buckeye Ford paid the bill for the entire week. My husband and I are extremely grateful for all of the help that Todd and Buckeye Ford gave us. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Todd Seitz to all of my friends and family.
