No BS, Excellent every time I go for any reason I go. My first experience with them was over 10 years ago, and then after the second time I went to them for a vehicle I've never went anywhere else. And the first vehicle was when I was struggling financially and didn't have the best credit rating. Jerry went through the entire process step by step with me and they put me in the car I wanted and at a good rate on the loan for where I was at. From being able to talk to Carl about what Im looking for, what I can afford etc. and know he isnt going to steer me wrong. Every time he has put me in an excellent vehicle at an excellent price. He has even got me into a new vehicle before at a better price than a used one.. was glad I listened to him after that day. I dont even live near them any longer but will still make the drive over to see them if I or anyone in my family needs a vehicle, and even to have my Fords service done. That is because over the years they have also showed me that you can trust their service department to work on your vehicle with no BS.. All in all I cant say enough good about them over the years I have dealt with them.. Will continue to do so as long as I am in the state of Ohio. Oh and I have to mention -- when it comes to trading a vehicle in - they have always given me excellent trade values - far better than any other place I have experienced over the years. I don't think I have EVER left there after a purchase having the slightest doubt about how the entire process went. For my vehicles or my wife's.. In fact I will probably drag my mother up there the next time she needs a vehicle and she lives over 2.5 hours away.... but "helping" her go through her last purchase/lease at another dealer local to her.. the trip is worth it. More
