His explanation of all the new electronic stuff was excellent and has enabled me to more quickly enjoy all the features. The entire process was very professional. My wife and I also had a new puppy when we arrived and Brad walked it while we test drove the truck. Financing was straight forward. I had a drop in bed installed at their London store today and the service was great. I will recommend them to my friends. More
Brad was very friendly and helpful. He worked with us in finding the perfect vehicle and did not lose patience when we looked at a few different cars. I would recommend this dealership again and again. From finding the perfect vehicle and did not lose patience when we looked at a few different cars. Recently came to Buckeye Ford in Sidney and several other Ford dealers in the area. Look no further, Todd, Jerry, and Shawn were amazing. I did not feel like they were simply selling me a car, but also took Ford dealers in the area. Look no further, Todd, Jerry, and Shawn were amazing. I did not feel like they were simply selling me a car, but also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. also, they were the cheapest dealer for the vehicle I was looking for. One dealer "beat" Buckeyes price, but looking closer at the vehicle, it had fewer options and was not what I was wanting. Luckily, my salesman Todd, was instantly able to recognize the "cheaper" car was lacking in many options and was not the great deal they had me believing it was! Buckeye proved that they were on my side and not out to "screw" the customer! "Don't buy until you try Buckeye" is the only advice I can offer! Kim in the office is always so pleasant and friendly also. More

Had it done at the same time. 75 miles later the check engine light came on. Stop in AutoZone and O’Reillys and put their computer on the van to see what triggered the light. Said the EGR was unhooked or plugged. Took it back in to Buckeye Ford, they said exhaust sensor went bad. Even tho the computers said EGR. They hit me for $301. I trusted them to know what they were doing. Wrong move on my part. Drove 75 miles again and the light came back on. Stopped by the stores again. Same thing EGR unhooked or plugged. After talking to others I found out you need to remove the EGR to replace the cam shaft sensor. And they showed me where it was, you could tell they it had been removed. So now they want $300 more to clean out the EGR that they got dirt into. What a great way to make more money, mess-up the parts you have to move out of the way to do your job. So far over $600 for service I never needed. I own a hvac service company. I know when thing get taken apart there’s going to be dirt. You clean it up so it won’t damage something else. Not try to make more money on it later. Just move into the area. I figured I would try them out, because of the recall. I’ll never take any of my other service trucks there. More
I drove more than 2 hours to buy a car from this company. I had a few minor concerns. 1.) the convertable top was not sealing on the drivers side of the car. Dealers solution: wrap tape around the latch hook I had a few minor concerns. 1.) the convertable top was not sealing on the drivers side of the car. Dealers solution: wrap tape around the latch hook to make it pull down tighter. 2.) The car was advertised as having keyless entry. I recieved 1 key and no remotes. this part cost me $8 from amazon.com but I bought a used ford from this ford dealer(it will cost me $200 to have a local ford dealer program new keys for the car. Dealer solution: well our inventory control system automatically decodes the vin and lists the options. I can't do anything about that. 3.) I get home to find locking lugs on all 4 tires. no key. This dealership states they take care of you during and after the sale but all I have recieved is excuses as to how they can't support the very brand they sell. I will never buy another vehicle here. I will tell all my friends to never buy a vehicle here. More
My truck was purchased from and only ever serviced by this dealership (until today). I have had warranty repair issues that after multiple attempts have not been resolved. TJ Leach, service manager, wa this dealership (until today). I have had warranty repair issues that after multiple attempts have not been resolved. TJ Leach, service manager, was very courteous and tried to be helpful but was undermined by incompetent mechanics and a dealership manager, Jerry McName, who is not interested in helping you unless you are looking to buy a vehicle. Service is not the focus of this dealership. I had a good experience buying from them but would recommend going elsewhere to have your vehicle serviced. More
The salesman I worked with were great but then the manager came over and took over and tended to take over. His sense of humor was not so funny and his stories were a little odd and made no sense. He manager came over and took over and tended to take over. His sense of humor was not so funny and his stories were a little odd and made no sense. He tended to be pushy and at same time telling a story that I had no desire to follow or care to follow that ended up taking 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back. I am giving a very poor rating on quality of work due to the fact I do not need to hear the life story on how this dudde got into the car business and why he feels he is so superior over the rest. There was no need to belittle other car dealerships or ways this dealership could be ran differently. More
