My Optima is classy, sexy and functional. I love the interior and all the standard features, which are optional on most other cars. After researching and test driving the Mazda3 and 6, the Honda Accord interior and all the standard features, which are optional on most other cars. After researching and test driving the Mazda3 and 6, the Honda Accord and looking at the Regal,Sonata and Volkswagon CC, the Optima had everything I wanted, plus a great price point. The dealership was warm and inviting; unlike some car places. They even showed me around the service area. My buying experience was pretty quick. I feel I got an excellent value for the money with Kia. Ken Sherman was knowledgeable, funny and a straight shooter. Kudos to Kia! Your process is one that more car dealers should follow. More
When I started out looking for a new car I already knew what I wanted; a new 2011 Kia Forte. There were dealerships closer to where I lived than Buchanan was, but as it turned out, due to the time of year what I wanted; a new 2011 Kia Forte. An internet search of dealers in my area led me to Buchanan Kia and fortunately, they had what I was looking for in stock. What a blessing it turned out to be! I could not be happier with my buying experience there. My interaction with the staff, from beginning to end, was nothing but pleasant. I was contacted immediately by my salesman, Ken Sherman, after I entered my internet inquiry and all went smoothly from there. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Even staff members who were not directly involved in my sale engaged me in conversation while I was waiting for paperwork and such to be taken care of. They worked hard to get my financing approved at the terms I wanted, gave me a thorough run down of how everything in the car worked, and even went so far as to pair the bluetooth with my phone for me. I am super happy with both my purchase and the service I received at Buchanan, and I would HIGHLY recommened them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! More

Very easy to do business with, when buying my 2011 Kia Sportage. My salesman Mr Ken Sherman seemed to be on top of all my request on this vehicle. Would have liked to have had the Financing Options and th Sportage. My salesman Mr Ken Sherman seemed to be on top of all my request on this vehicle. Brought my 2007 Kia Sedona EX because of a whining noise in the engine and the left side power door would not open automatically. Discovered that the idler pully was bad and was covered under warranty and a in the engine and the left side power door would not open automatically. Discovered that the idler pully was bad and was covered under warranty and a recall was in effect ofr the latch assemblies on both doors. Had to special order a latch motor for the door so will be called when it comes in. Show room and waiting area was outstanding. More

They don't spend and hour in their little meetings deciding what they want to give you price wise. We were there 10 minutes and they gave us a great deal. we were able to buy the more expensive car we really wanted. not only all that, but they also suggested we could go get a sandwich while they got the paper work ready to be signed. WOW! in the past, other dealers have had a million excuses why we couldn't - shouldn't leave. (they were afraid we wouldn't come back ??) But at Wheelers, you are people walking through their doors not dollar signs. The team work between Ken and James was great. one is sales and the other finance, they work together to help the customer !! I got an e-mail today saying my hubby had left something in the car we traded. Not expensive, but it has sentimental value. To me, that was exceptionally kind and respectful. That's how Ken is and that's one more reason why we like Wheelers. First time ever!! I was relaxed, didn't have a headache and enjoyed driving away in my new car. Just wish I had know about Wheeler Kia a long time ago!!!! More

Ken and James put absolutely no pressure on me to make any decisions that day, they were extremely nice and courteous throughout my entire experience. I told them where I wanted to be price wise, and they made it happen very quickly and efficiently. I was expecting to be dissappointed with the trade in price of my car from a previous dealer the same day, but ken asked me what the KBB estimate was, and he met it exactly, which was about a $3,000 higher difference from earlier that day. I was amazed that they would go that far for me. The cool thing about this dealership is that when you walk in the door, there are antiques everywhere. This dealer felt like home to me, which put me at ease as opposed to dealerships that have a thick tension in the air. The other things that impressed me was when you buy your car, they take a picture of you with the car and turn it into a calendar for you to keep. They also left me a rose on the dash, and a present filled with goodies on the passenger seat. I am utterly amazed that they would go this far to please their customers, That is why I am rating Wheeler kia of westminster an 11 on a scale of 1-10!!
