Mike Wheeler and Joe Duckworth both spent as much time as I needed to go through the documentation and the financial steps to arrange financing. Then Joe sat with me in the car to go over how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Buchanan Kia to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing that brand of car--in fact I would recommend the Kia Soul to anyone who wanted to try something they hadn't tried before. Buchanan Kia allowed me to borrow their loaner car while my car was worked on. This let me bring the car in without an appointment set up ahead of time and go get my errands done while the mechanics got th my car was worked on. We had 1993 Oldsmobile that had gotten to the point where it was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth. We didn't think we could afford to buy another vehicle. They also have an event after you buy the car, where they bring new owners in and answer questions and they gave us a tour of the dealership. That was a really nice touch.
