He took time to understand our requirements and we also had the opportunity to experience a genuine test drive, which is very helpful to make a reliable choice. We were also able to reach a fair price on the new vehicle we ended up buying on that same day. We know our car will be well taken care of as far as service is concerned because it was the case for the previous vehicles. The service team is both friendly and professional, with a special mention for Bill Benfer who goes out of his way every time to assist customers. In a nutshell this is the best dealer in this area. I tried to buy a KIA Forte 2014 manual transmission for weeks with Ourisman KIA, which they are located 10 miles away from my house. I just have to say “ no comment”. I had to admit it was pretty hard to get what I wanted if they didn’t look for it, but Joe from BUCHANAN KIA at 70 miles away from my house was outstanding. He helped me to find that car, took his time to understand my need, did not pressure to sale another car from their inventory. With the help of Dan the general sales manager, he gave me a great price and a better rate compared to my bank. It took them 24 hours to brought the car from West Virginia. Gave me an update all the time about the status of the car. Compared to other dealer that I had experiences, I never felt so relax and happier. They are really awesome. The only thing that I need to add is, if you need the car that YOU want, GO TO BUCHANAN KIA at WESTMINSTER and don’t be afraid to drive far. They are the best. More

I went to Buchanan to purchase a used vehicle and trade in my vehicle for a car with cheaper payments, and lower car insurance. DO NOT go here for service!! Brand New Car needed tires DO NOT go here for service!! Brand New Car needed tires rotated. We broke our key lock for the locking hubs (bad quality comes with the car and the DO NOT go here for service!! Brand New Car needed tires rotated. We broke our key lock for the locking hubs (bad quality comes with the car and they break all the time). My husband purchased one from here. I have a regular mechanic that does all my work so he was going to rotate my tires. He went to use the new key lock... Wrong one. He said he could get it off but would prefer to have the right key as not to damage my rims. Called dealer, they had it so went up there to get it. Got there, and NO they don't have correct one. My husband told them they needed to rotate tires now at the dealer because of all the run around and we were leaving on a trip early the next morning. After almost two hours, they now tell me they can't rotate the tires, that they broke 3 pcs of equipment, and only got 1 tire off. They made sure to tell me that if I got a flat tire on my trip I'd be screwed. At this point I don't even want them to touch my car anyway. I go back to my mechanic and he beats off all 4 tires in less than 20 minutes, without messing up my rims !!! These guys don't know what they are doing. On a nicer note, they tried to make me comfortable while I was there. More
I was impressed with my whole experience with Buchanan Kia from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my new purchase. I can honestly say that I have not been treated this well with Kia from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my new purchase. I can honestly say that I have not been treated this well with any previous car sales or at any other dealership that I have been involved in before and I have made no less than 15 vehicle purchases in my lifetime. Each process with the sale was explained by Ms. Brown in detail to make sure that I was well aware of how the transaction was progressing and she and her Managers, Mr. Langford and Mr. Caminiti were very open about how they got to the price that they were giving me. This made me feel confident that I was getting the best deal that they could give me, something that does not happen very often when buying a car and believe me, I got a great deal! This confidence continued as I spoke with the Financial Services Manager, Mr. Wheeler. He too, was very helpful in explaining various options that can go along with the sale and it was a pleasure working with him. After the sale was completed I was shown around the store and the Service area to ensure that I would not have any problems locating any part of the business that I may want to use. It was further explained to me the "special" services Buchanan Kia offers for when I bring my vehicle in for service at their award winning Service Department. One of the things that I really appreciated before I took my new car home was the "walk around". Ms. Brown took the time to show my wife and I all the Bells and Whistles that come with my Sorento, many of which would probably have taken me quite a while to find and use and she made sure she had answered all our questions before we left. This has NEVER happened with any other dealership that I have dealt with. Since that time we have brought the Sorento back to the dealership for scheduled service. The Service Department was very polite and helpful and made sure that my wife made it to work on time by giving her a ride there while the car was being worked on. They also set up and "meet and greet" for all the new customers and explained many more of the aspects of the Buchanan Kia family. Since buying my Sorento I have recommended Buchanan Kia many times to friends and family, several of whom have made purchases there. I will continue to urge people to come to Buchanan because I believe they are the best of the best in the car sales business. Thank you for this opportunity to give my opinion. More
