Showed up today to get appraisal on my truck to trade in because of great deal they were having till end of this month. Here's where it got bad, the salesman Tyrese although nice, parks my truck next to the because of great deal they were having till end of this month. Here's where it got bad, the salesman Tyrese although nice, parks my truck next to the white square concrete support for roof but after he hits the concrete pillar on the right front bumper. And then comes into show room and gets his manager and another gentleman. All 3 go back out and look at my truck. All 3 come back in and not one person comes and talks to me about what had happened, but procede to talk to me about possibilities of a purchase of new vehicle. By the way, the only reason I knew this even happened was my daughter's boyfriend noticed the salesman and managers looking at it. Long story short, I did not purchase any new vehicle. My appraisal was way low, too many mandated add ons( theft protection, ceramic coating, nitrogen in tires, window etching $1,800.00 extra that consumer pays for even if you don't want it) Anyway, I let them know this isn't for me and when myself, daughter and boyfriend look at my front bumper I walk back in to talk to Tyrese and ask are they going to fix this. He plays dumb when he looks at it and says he knew nothing about it. ( He was the salesman that hit the block wall and still parked beside it) He then has me pull it around back to have a detail person buff it out. Now there is the Manager who also walked out to look at the bumper in the beginning and said he meant to talk to me but was in a meeting and how can he make it right. Hoping I was going to trade it in they didn't even try to buff it out before I decided to leave. In other words, they were goi g to let me drive off there lot without saying anything. I voiced my mind to the manager I was pissed and they made a poor decision and made this dealership not look good. But all of a sudden they can rerun the numbers to try to get me into a new vehicle where I would like to be and they will be in touch.( haven't heard back yet-2hrs 45 min. since left.) I can't say they aren't nice but they lied and that's what pisses me off. Be honest with your customers and you may not get reviews like the ones on here!!!! More

Said they couldn't - It was being detailed and inspected at another location. Said they'd send the photo when ready. Told them I was from York, ninety minutes away. Didn't want to drive all the way there if I couldn't see the actual truck. Said they understood. A week goes by. Contact them again inquiring about the photo. Responded by strangely saying via text to stop in so we can value your trade-in. I said I'm ninety minutes away, remember. Nothing. Called a few days later and asked if the truck was on the lot. Said it was. Asked why they hadn't sent me a photo as they promised. Said she'd check with her manager. Nothing. A few more days go by. I send a text detailing my interaction and consequent frustration as a review on their website thinking it would prompt them to contact me. Nothing. That is how it stands as I write this. I want to buy a truck but they don't want to sell me one. Odd. Very odd. I'm suspecting a bait and switch by advertising the stock photo at a relatively low price but not the real photo. In fact at one point, I was informed that perhaps I'd be interested in a different truck. I was sent several options all of which were at least $12k more than the truck I wanted. Something ain't right. More

They did not try to hide it but they have no interest in negotiating so I took my money elsewhere. Buyer beware!! Thank fully there are plenty of other dealerships out there that are willing to work with you. More
