You are not going to believe what happened sending you an email I sent to the company So today : Sent from my iPhone I was supposed to be picking up a 2024 Ram 3500 Big Horn Crew Cab Dually Diesel ca email I sent to the company So today : Sent from my iPhone I was supposed to be picking up a 2024 Ram 3500 Big Horn Crew Cab Dually Diesel cash sale this morning at 10:00 as per the contract I had signed on Monday July 8th. Sales agent failed to get the truck prepared for delivery and call out of work for 2 days leading up to today . However finance manager also knew it was to be delivered today and failed to get the truck prepared. Sales manager offers to have a rushed prep job done . We don’t want any prep rushed at all. I am beyond disappointed, disgusted, frustrated, and angry. It amazes me how companies have a responsibility to the consumer and yet are not held accountable. People make mistakes , we all do . I do . However it is in the manner in how this mistake is handled makes all the difference . Sales manager was bewildered, finance manager was hiding in office and wouldn’t even acknowledge us , even though we were just there Monday and signed a contract in his presence . Then the best they could offer is a rushed prep job. No compensation for 1 1/2 hours drive time not counting the time we spent at dealership waffling around. Reluctantly I agreed to let them deliver the vehicle and will inspect upon delivery.If not satisfied I will sent it back and expect my deposit back. More
