Unreliable Ram and 2nd rate customer service . I bought a new Ram 5500 with the 6.7L cummins and Aisin auto transmission. Picked up my new work truck January 6th. By Jan. 29th with 1237 miles . I bought a new Ram 5500 with the 6.7L cummins and Aisin auto transmission. Picked up my new work truck January 6th. By Jan. 29th with 1237 miles it developed a transmission leak. I called Buchanan Auto Park service department. They said they could get me in 1-31-18. By this time I haven't even made a payment on the truck. They looked at it and said the trans needed to come out but they could not get to it til the following week. I offered to leave it there that day. Asked if they had a rental and they said I'd have to come back the following Tuesday to get a rental. I was not making a second trip, I shouldn't have to. I had to call my wife to come pick me up! So far the service manager and a sales person have both said they would call me back and have not. They have been nice to me on the phone but I am not seeing any action showing me they are trying. The parts were ordered but they are back ordered, 1-2 weeks. Its been 2 weeks and I'm out of a brand new truck. This is my work truck, I've explained this to them. I can't make money without it. I bought a NEW vehicle instead of a used one to avoid having break downs for this very reason. I would not refer Buchanan Auto Park or the Dodge Ram to anyone. More

Great experience My overall experience with the people at this dealership was very personal as well as professional. Each person I dealt with not only asked how I was My overall experience with the people at this dealership was very personal as well as professional. Each person I dealt with not only asked how I was doing personally (at the time was recovering from total knee replacement) but they repeatedly kept asking if I had any questions throughout the entire signing process. I felt like the people at this dealership were caring and compassionate - not just there to make a sale. In addition, Kathy got the ball rolling so that we could have an extra programmable key made before we left the property. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here in the future. Keep up the good work you all!!! More

Kath Shank was my used car sales person, I had come in to investigate a pre-qualification through one lender I had dealt with in the past. Kathy found a better truck then what was suggested in the pre-qual that was even 2k cheaper. I was in and out driving my truck in a very short time compared to experiences at other used car lots.
