Overall it was an okay experience. I feel like I got a decent deal on my gladiator, but I did not enjoy dealing with David very much. I wanted to sleep on the first offer I received on Friday night - when I told David that he walked off in an unprofessional way thinking he wasn't going to make a sale. They called me the next morning and we were able to agree on a better number. Tedroy then texted me after we agreed on the deal and asked for my ETA and said that all of my paper work would be ready to go when I got there. Once I arrived at the dealership, I end up sitting in Tedroys office for a long period of time, having to listen to him tell me about his stalker ex girlfriends, which got to a point where I had to ask him "what is going on and why I am still sitting here?" He then told me that he actually lied about my paperwork being ready and that they were working on it then. Tedroy was a nice guy but that was pretty annoying. My jeep app was supposed to be set up but it's still not working. And I was only given one key for my car so I'm still waiting on the second one to be sent to me [this was understood so no issue there]. I do not like feeling like I am being forced to give a 5 star review, which is what I felt happened at the dealership. This was my first time buying a car by myself which was overwhelming enough.
