Max was extremely helpful -- I told him exactly what I wanted and he made sure that I got it. I had contacted other dealerships as well and they were not as helpful as the sales team at Buchanan. Knowing wanted and he made sure that I got it. I had contacted other dealerships as well and they were not as helpful as the sales team at Buchanan. I live in martinsburg wv but came all the way out to Buchanan Auto park after speaking on the phone to Ronnie Miley in sales. Earlier I had visited a local dealer in martinsburg regarding the car I wan Buchanan Auto park after speaking on the phone to Ronnie Miley in sales. Earlier I had visited a local dealer in martinsburg regarding the car I wanted and walked away hours later very disappointed. I was hesitant to continue car shopping at that time, but made one more call. Even though Ronnie was such a pleasure to speak to on the phone, I was still a little reluctant to make the drive and chance another bad experience once I got there. Boy was I surprised! Ronnie was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgable in person as he was on the phone. I left with the exact car I wanted feeling great about the deal and the entire experience. More

Buchanan Auto Park had what they advertised in the paper and they were able to help us get the new Dodge Ram 1500 we wanted. Our salesman was friendly and helpful.
