Good luck trying to get follow up. So I purchased a new Suburban on February 17th. I traded in a Dodge that I bought from Buchanan. the Dodge had a full extended warranty and gap covera So I purchased a new Suburban on February 17th. I traded in a Dodge that I bought from Buchanan. the Dodge had a full extended warranty and gap coverage purchased with it. Upon trading the vehicle and doing all paperwork, I was informed that I had to go back to the used lot, show them my paperwork and they would file the rebate. (Poor service) So, I did. I was told it would be about 6 weeks until I receive the rebate. On May 5th, after 5 different phone calls and messages I was told, they "forgot" to file for the claim. I was then given the case number and called Allstate. at which point I was told that the dealer should have already issued me a check and they knew they owed me the money. Now after 7 more phone calls and multiple emails, I am told that only the office manager can issue a check and can't because they don't have the info from Allstate yet. Pay the money owed, that you messed up and own up to your mistakes. You have now officially lost all future business from me, my family, and anyone else who will listen. More
