Overall Experience The dealership was very good to work with but the salesman,BJ, was not the best to work with. BJ was not the nicest salesman to work with, I understand that he was new to the dealership but I feel like he sometimes had an attitude especially when it came to the delivery of the vehicle. BJ also did not really go over any of the features of the vehicle, I believe it is because he was new but I feel like he should have asked another salesperson to go over it with us so he could also learn. I was also disappointed that we did not get a free tank of gas since we purchased a new vehicle. More

Won't call me back The buying experience itself wasn't bad, they were friendly and helpful. My problems started after I purchased my truck. I purchased an after market The buying experience itself wasn't bad, they were friendly and helpful. My problems started after I purchased my truck. I purchased an after market sun roof to be installed after I purchased the truck. After a couple weeks, I liked the truck and had changed my mind about the sunroof. I contacted the dealership and my sales person to request a refund. I left a message on their machine to call me back. I expected a quick call back since it's a dealership and they are all about customer service. No call back that day so I called again the next day, again the person was unavailable and I left another message. A couple of weeks go by, still no call back. I called the dealership again and asked for the manager, the manager was not available (notice a theme?) left another message. Waited a couple weeks and still no call back. Once again I called the dealership, again not available, and left yet another message. I called back after a week and this time instead of going to the manager I asked for sales and just by chance got my sales person. I pressed the sales person about my refund, and got an excuse and they stated they needed to talk to the manager again and would, guess what?! Call me back! Another week goes by, still no call. I then contacted Chrysler directly because I was fed up. Chrysler stated they would contact the dealership and then get back to me. I got a call from Chrysler a week later stating the dealership would call me to resolve it. That was 3 weeks ago, and as of this writing I have gotten no call back. I bought my truck in April, it's now July. I have been chasing my money for 3 months and can't even get a return phone call. They won't ever get my business again and will share this with anyone who is considering them. Horrible after sale service. More
Superb experience from start to finish Summarizing my review in just a couple words, does not even come close to being able to describe the superb service I was given. I've been in contact with Frank via fb messager talking about the Jeep Wrangler I want. I went in today where I was greeted by Andrew, whom was helping me in Franky's place as he assisted another client. He was super kind and genuine and wasn't pushy at all. He also didn't make me feel like what I wanted was unrealistic. (Although I went in knowing it wouldn't be possible) The Sales Manager Mike, came over and introduced himself to me and took us into a private room to discuss options. He did confirm that he could not get me into the Jeep of choice due to financial issues that we ALL endure in life. Instead of saying, okay there you go, can't get you in your Jeep, be on your way so to speak. He talked to me for about 20 minutes about other options for another type of Jeep. Not only did he make a suggestion, he was looking out for my credit and the opportunity for me to get my Jeep of choice a little further down the road by taking. By doing this, he would get me back as a returned HAPPY client. He is super wonderful by looking out for people that walk thru his door. To them, you just aren't another person, you are family. You are treated as such. Needless to say, I took him up on his suggestion and went to test drive the Renegade with Frank. (He was done with his precious client at this point) After test driving it, I decided to take Mike up on his suggestion. He worked the numbers, they still couldn't get me in that Renegade. Instead I could get into a "Lower" version of the Renegade. I was just so so about this work up and I think Mike could tell that. So I printed out some previous lender info that helped Mike to help me get into the Renegade I originally test drove. At a lower interest rate and a better Tier. Win win for both of us. Mike and Chuck both REALLY ARE top of the line service Managers. They were both outstanding and wanted to work with me so I'd go back there. Chuck reassured me that this plan will work and should hopefully have me in my Wrangler within the next year. So why not? The wrangler is my dream car. I just look at the Renegade as the next step closest. It is a pretty cool ride too, I must say and I was hesitant at first. Frank is the Salesman to use at Buchanan without a doubt, hands down. He was exceptional from the time I was introduced to him on social media. He is truly kind, genuine, caring, respectful, not pushy, happy, personal and shows amazing customer service all around. I truly felt like I was family in there. Not many salesmans will buy you pizza for lunch while doing paper work. From the time we pulled off of the lot, he was right by our side. Good service I recently went on Buchanan's website to search for an SUV. I found a few that I was interested in and contacted the dealership via text message. Wi I recently went on Buchanan's website to search for an SUV. I found a few that I was interested in and contacted the dealership via text message. Within minutes I received information about their inventory. A few days later I went to Buchanan, Kathy greeted me in the parking lot and was very personable and polite.
