Best experience I've ever had!! We've bought many cars due to our profession, and have never had a good experience. We have been yanked around and screwed so many times. We happened to stumble upon Buchanan while visiting some friends, decided to stop in, since it was a Sunday, they were closed and we knew weren't going to be stalked by the vultures of a dealership. Kathy Shank had her card on a van that I was very interested in, so I emailed her the next day, the rest is history. Kathy made the whole process so amazing, I am definitely and lifetime customer!!!
