My car was hit (probably by a drunk driver) while parked and unoccupied in front of my house in Jenkintown. Bad enough that it was hit, it was also 'undriveable', so it needed a Tow. I chose Bryner only because it was closest to my house. That was my first mistake. The entire event was a nightmare. I just purchased the car some two weeks earlier. It is a garage-kept 2007 Pontiac Solstice -- in pristine condition. Being a single woman, I did not want to present to the service dept. alone. The incident occurred at the start of Memorial Day wknd. Of course it sat there for 5 days. Feeling VULNERABLE and so scared since I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair (long story), I didn't want go in there alone. I called my cousin David to ask if he were available. The only time would be at the end of the day -- or 5 PM -- for him to go along with me to Bryner. When I called to ask the Asst.Service Mgr if he would be kind enough to wait a short time after hours (like 15 min.), this is what he said to me in a rude/snarky tone of voice: "WELL ALRIGHT, BUT I DON'T WANNA HEAR A LOVE STORY." I was beyond shocked!! How dare he speak to me like that!!? I replied angrily, "What did you just say to me?" in a disapproving voice. He just back-peddled but no apology was offered. Needless to say, I have now had to order up Tow #2. Obviously, I refuse to 'reward' this utterly UNACCEPTABLE and rude behavior (Customer Service?) financially by giving them the job after being insulted! So I pulled the job. I am sorry to report that -- it is STILL very much a Man's world. This Assistant Mgr never met me....but apparently the sound of a 'female' voice gave him 'license' to speak condescendingly to me. I have reported the incident to the Owner of Bryner. His name is "Dave". I spoke personally to him over the telephone. Here is the icing on the cake ...In retrospect, it occurred to me that, after being informed of such INAPPROPRIATE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, that he, the Owner, would have offered me a reduction in the cost of body repair. Sadly, that did not occur. In summary, I cannot steer women clearer from this rude and arrogant dealership, ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE. I would definitely NOT recommend Bryner Chevrolet period!!! More
My husband and I bought a Traverse from Bryner in September 2011. Jackie was our sales associate then as well. On both occasions, the financing department and Jackie worked hard to get our monthly September 2011. Jackie was our sales associate then as well. Each time the service has improved, and Jackie really worked to get us full value for our trade-in. More

I was looking for my daughter's first car and received a notification in the mail about a special offer with Bryner. Went up took a look, saw a few card that would have worked; but my daughter really liked notification in the mail about a special offer with Bryner. Joe Ruch made it happend. he had to work a out a few thinghs, but Joe made it happen and Joe breaks the car salesmen "tabu." He truly went above and beyond and even weeks later, is stil in touch to make sure all is good! Thanks Joe! More
I've been too many dealerships franchise and otherwise and this has been the most pleasant and hassle free car buying experience ever. I initially contacted Dave Wyatt via telephone after viewing a car on and this has been the most pleasant and hassle free car buying experience ever. I initially contacted Dave Wyatt via telephone after viewing a car on their website. I was concerned that the "internet sale price" would not be the same price once I arrived. Dave assured me over the phone that the internet sale price would be honored. Trust me, I was SHOCKED to say the least bc the price of the vehicle was priced so LOW. Dave was very professional and genuinely nice (not the fake -> I-want-to-sell-you-this-car-nice). He was a nice guy from beginning to end. Additionally, I wasnt at the dealership for a hours. I was there for bout 2 1/2 hours. Dave also explained the contract in full detail and answered all my questions. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dave was a Godsend...no exaggeration! I came to Bryner to have my car repaired after I had been hit by someone. My husband had his car fixed there a year or so before and thought it wise to go there again. This proved to be true, as I got a ca hit by someone. My husband had his car fixed there a year or so before and thought it wise to go there again. This proved to be true, as I got a call from one of the men repairing my car informing me that the adjustor had overestimated the cost to repair the car, that they would not have to replace a part but only repair and paint it, it would be a better fix and it has a lifetime warranty. It cost hundreds of dollars less and we were able to pocket the leftover insurance money that had previously been meant for the the repair. The repair was excellent and I so appreciate Bryner's work and honesty! More
Jaclyn Dickens made me feel very comfortable and made the process of buying a car so easy for me that I would not buy a car from anyone else. And I don't say that lightly and I am very picky. I also had my cousin with me and she said she would only want to deal with Jaclyn the next time she is buying a car. She is very personable and knew how to connect with me and what I was looking for. She did everything she could to get me what I was looking for and to make it work for me. Jaclyn had the patients of a saint and she needed it because I couldn't make up my mind. Salespeople in my experience have always been too pushy for me but Jaclyn was not and I liked that. I will go back to her again when I'm ready to get another car. I have recommended her to my family and friends and I have never recommend anyone, ever. Jaclyn is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Buying a car is very stressful for me but Jaclyn broke it down and went step by step with me. And went over and over everything with me until I understood everything. I am very thankful for all her help. She was very nice and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Jaclyn went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I got and I am happy with the car. The service that Jaclyn provided was more than I could have ever expected. To say that I am very pleased with the service Jaclyn provided would be an understatement. It was a pleasure for me to deal with Jaclyn and I will return to see her again for my next car. More
