I purchased a new car from Bryner Chevrolet, after visiting a couple of other Chevrolet dealerships. Bryner met and exceed my expectations on pricing and customer service. The service department has done such a good job taking care of my new car that I bring my 2003 SUV (not a Chevrolet) for service. More
I have had dealings with over thirty dealers in my life. None, repeat none, have treated me as well as Bryner Chevrolet constantly treats me. Whether I am dealing with the sales, service or parts department None, repeat none, have treated me as well as Bryner Chevrolet constantly treats me. Whether I am dealing with the sales, service or parts departments, I am constantly treated as though I am "someone special". The Bryner culture is to treat a customer as they would prefer to be treated and I am convinced that the people at Bryner are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. More
Let me start off by stating that I am very critical regarding services rendered. I am even more critical when it comes to my cars and I expect nothing but the best for my money. I am pleased to say t regarding services rendered. I am even more critical when it comes to my cars and I expect nothing but the best for my money. I am pleased to say that over the past 7 years my wife and I have received nothing but top notch service from the Bryner team, especially Kevin and Steve in the service department, and John Stevenson and Mike Peterson in the sales department. In fact, I will settle for nothing less than Bryner service for our GM vehicles. Even the simplest task, such as an oil change or state inspection, is carried out with care. My cars are always returned to me in perfect condition and in the promised time frame. One of my cars needed a significant repair about a year ago. Steve took my "baby" apart and put her back together with care. She's been running perfectly ever since. I have purchased cars from other dealers (prior to my knowledge of the Bryner dealership), however, that never impacted how I was treated when I first came to them for service. I was treated as a valued customer from day one. As a result, they first earned my service business followed by sales business. Bryner is my Chevy dealer. More

I took my car in for service and had the most wonderful experience with a young man named Ed. He was so kind, patient, and informative! I have taken my car to other dealers in the past, and have felt intim experience with a young man named Ed. He was so kind, patient, and informative! I have taken my car to other dealers in the past, and have felt intimidated and/or swindeled. This young man made me feel completley at ease! I will never take my car anywhere else! I have also recomended this dealer (and this young man in particular) to all of my friends! If you are visiting this dealer for service related needs ask only for Ed! More
My new car was hit while parked in front of my house in Jenkintown. It was very traumatic, since I only owned it for 4 weeks! It was hit at the wheel, rendering it UNDRIVEABLE! Since it is a GM product, I Jenkintown. It was very traumatic, since I only owned it for 4 weeks! It was hit at the wheel, rendering it UNDRIVEABLE! Since it is a GM product, I had it towed to this Bryner Chevrolet in Jenkintown, a GM dealer in my neighborhood. After waiting three days for them to look at it (in fairness, this happened late Thurs, at the start of Memorial wknd), I ultimately spoke with the Assistant Service Manager. I still had use of my previous car, thus had not insured my new car yet. Being a woman, I was not comfortable with going in there alone to discuss costs; so I asked him if he would mind waiting around a bit after his hours when my cousin could come in with me to talk about the damage, money, etc. (Note: To be clear,by 'waiting around', it would have been approximately 15 min. past his end of day). This Asst. Manager said to me, quote: "ALRIGHT, BUT I DON'T WANNA HEAR NO LOVE STORY!" I couldn't believe my ears???!! It was despicable. How rude! I asked him "what did you just say to me?" He back-peddled but NEVER apologized for his rudeness. When I reported this UNACCEPTABLE customer service to his superior (who, coincidentally, was also his father -- inappropriate??) his response was lackluster and certainly did not make one feel like a 'valued customer' I left there feeling battered. Bottom line, I wrote to the CEO at GM Headquarters in Detroit, since NO offer of satisfaction or show of good faith to a customer everoccurred. If you are single woman, I would not recommend this location. Brought in a 1999 Buick Park Avenue last december 2011, with what seemed like a severe electrical issue. My car wouldn't stay running. As soon as i tapped the brake pedal my left turn signal would light up with what seemed like a severe electrical issue. My car wouldn't stay running. As soon as i tapped the brake pedal my left turn signal would light up and my radio would turn off and the engine would stall. I told them it was electrical and i changed spark plugs, mass air flow sensor and wires less than 2 years ago. I reiterated the electrical issue. After a week an a half of waiting to get my car looked at which cost me around 100/hr for 4 hrs. They come back and tell me they cannot look further into my problem until I got a full tune up, changed the mass air flow sensor, fuel filter and battery terminals, which would cost in excess of $1300! and this is BEFORE they can figure out the problem! I took the car out and as an act of desperation called a mobile auto tech off of Craislist. He checked out my car for about 2 hours and located a bad ELECTRICAL ground to my fuel pump. Charged me $200! Car ran perfect afterwards like it did shortly before this issue arose. I later reported them to BBB and they refused to issue any refund. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AVOID THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE REPAIR. ALSO THE FIRST GM DEALER EVER TO TELL ME THEY WILL NOT INSTALL BRAND NEW PARTS THAT I BRING THEM. EVEN THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF THAT LOCATION INSTALLED PARTS FOR ME. NOT AN HONEST SERVICE. More
Last week I purchased my 5th vehicle from Bryner, the last 3 from Mike Gibbons. I have had all service on each of my vehicles done by Bryner's. I would not purchase or have service done at any other pl last 3 from Mike Gibbons. I have had all service on each of my vehicles done by Bryner's. I would not purchase or have service done at any other place. My first vehicle was sold by Lew Carpenter, the second by Dave Wyatt and the last 3 by Mike Gibbons. All 3 are gentlemen and will go the extra mile for you regardless of what you ask of them. Their service department is outstanding. My original service advisor, Dan, retired and now Joe has been handling my service. The service department is outstanding and their work is flawless. I never feel uncomfortable when I have work done. Everybody who works at Bryner's are so friendly and after dealing with them for so long (over 12 years) I feel just like part of the family. I have talked many times with Dave Peterson, the owner, and he is always concerned about how we are treated. He is following in his father's footsteps, as I knew his father when he was the owner. I might mention that Dave's son Mike is also following in his father's footsteps and is an outstanding young man. If what I have already written will not convince you to try dealing with Bryner Chevy, I don't know what could possibly do it. There is no other dealership of any make car that can compare to Bryner's. More
This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This was the first time ever we did not feel like complete idiots in a car dealership. Dave Wyatt was professional and we never felt like he was tr This was the first time ever we did not feel like complete idiots in a car dealership. Dave Wyatt was professional and we never felt like he was trying to sell us something. We told him what we wanted and that is exactly what happened. I was very pleased with this dealer because when asked for a quote on line they did not ask for a phone # and gave me a quote on line. I was not bothered by phone at all. The ony time my salesman called for a quote on line they did not ask for a phone # and gave me a quote on line. I was not bothered by phone at all. The ony time my salesman called was when I called and asked a question. My salesman Dave Waytt could not have been better. I ordered a new car and he kept me updated. When I picked up my car he went over everything on car with me. It was a pleaure dealing with Bryner and Dave. Marsha Mewszel More
