I purchased a Camaro here in 2020 for $33k and with about 23k miles. Garage-kept since I owned it and only driven about 1k miles a month over 13 months. I also purchase a platinum warranty — the best one 23k miles. Garage-kept since I owned it and only driven about 1k miles a month over 13 months. I also purchase a platinum warranty — the best one offered at time of purchase. I had an issue with the exhaust this week. Unfortunately, it’s noise that can’t be fixed without replacing the *entire* exhaust at a cost of $2400. Given I took it to a different dealer an hour away I was concerned I’d be footing the entire bill. Though Bryner did nothing wrong and had no responsibility to do anything — given my warrranty explicity states that no part of the exhaust is covered — my sales rep asked their service department to make a phone call to the other dealership and, as a direct result, they pushed them to request help from GM and my bill was cut in half. Grateful for the follow up and help 13 months after purchase and in a scenario where they could have just ignored me. Thank you! More

I buy a lot of cars for my extended family and have gone as far as North Carolina to do that. When I stopped in just to see what I would replace the Cruze with, I was thinking new again. I looked at a Bryner sold, serviced and traded 2017 with 19.000 miles and a perfect Carfax. A little research showed it was right at the price I was willing to pay (a few hundred below Carfax and a few hundred more below some other sites I use). It was also the same few hundred below some other nearby listed comparable cars. Came back with my wife, talked to Joe. Nothing changed, nothing added, no nonsense fees. A favor I needed in the transaction was no problem. Only talked with Joe and the deal was done. And with all of that, there were real creamers and fresh danish in the coffe room. More
POOR INTEGRITY AND SALES TACTICS . My elderly father bought a Chevrolet Equinox from there is June 2018. He brought his car back in February 2020 for inspection and his "free oil chan . My elderly father bought a Chevrolet Equinox from there is June 2018. He brought his car back in February 2020 for inspection and his "free oil change". While waiting for his vehicle he was told that his "Certified Preowned Vehicle ", with his 172 point inspection, that he put less that 3K miles on in 8 months needed 4 new tires. 2 of which were completely bald. He also needed back breaks and rotors. With all the things he needed for inception the total came close to $1,500 for a vehicle he had less than 8 months. After my father told me this I told him we need to go back to get an explanation for these. This is not a service issue but a sales issue. We asked for the sales manager. He double talked us from the start stating mm specs for the tires and breaks. He also produced a check list that he said we should have. Well we didn't have it as we had all the papers from the purchase of the car together with us. We had told him that my father had been back there previously when his tires were losing air randomly to get it checked out , not including the multiple times he came to my home for needed air. The sale manager had the audacity to say I wish i knew that then we could do something. Basically calling us liars but here this guy is producing this photocopied check list with tire specs and the completed checklist, after he went in the back for 15min upon of arrival/request. I called him out on that and he said he can give us the original but whats the point they weren't going to do anything for us and that was probably just done written up too. They did credit us for the oil change but only after they tried to get away with changing it to us in first place. Steer clear of this dealership and if you have parents that are older make sure you go with them so they don't get bamboozled by this less than honest sales team. More

I arriv Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Bryner. My salesman was very friendly and professional, overall he made good use of my time there. I arrived at the dealership preapproved with my own financing from my credit union, which they offered to beat. The finance manager took this as an opportunity to hard sell me an extended warranty, which I refused. He attempted a second time by lowering the price, which lost all credibility with me. Why couldn't he offer me the lowest price upfront? Overall, it was a quick and easy process but I feel that was due in part to my preparation. The car sales game hasn't really changed much, particularly in the finance department. The one thing that really annoyed me as a customer came several months after the sale. Apparently Bryner sold my personal information to a third party and I began receiving unsolicited phone calls from a warranty company. I expressed my concerns regarding privacy during the sale but ultimately it wasn't worth a xxxx to them. More
