He was cordial, professional and more important, did not turn a deaf ear to what I had to ask or say. I am sure the accommodations given us could not have been done without the cooperation of appropriate personnel at Bryner Chevrolet. We are extremely grateful for the way we were treated, there is no doubt they went the extra mile to please us. My husband and I recommend this dealership without any reservations. As with most American car dealerships don't expect top notch service. Purchased New 2009 Malibu in December 2009. Car purchase went well, I'm sure I gave the guy an ulcer. That probably why I did not receive not one call after purchase to see how I liked car. Bryner only sends automated emails requesting that I fill out survey. Recently went back to Bryner for repairs on leaking sunroof, the sales manager I purchased car from gave me a blank stare when I said Hello. Overall I would not buy from dealer again nor will I recommend Bryner Chevrolet. More
