December 2010 I purchased my new 2011 Colorado. Although I had an issue with my order, which was my fault. Bryner did whatever was necessary to satisfy me. One year later I am just as satisfied. As with most American car dealerships don't expect top notch service. Purchased New 2009 Malibu in December 2009. Car purchase went well, I'm sure I gave the guy an ulcer. That probably why I did not receive not one call after purchase to see how I liked car. Bryner only sends automated emails requesting that I fill out survey. Recently went back to Bryner for repairs on leaking sunroof, the sales manager I purchased car from gave me a blank stare when I said Hello. Overall I would not buy from dealer again nor will I recommend Bryner Chevrolet. More
