As soon as I walked in the door, Joe greeted us right away. When I showed him the paper I had printed off the internet, he knew exactly which truck I was looking for and knew exactly where it was. He knew a lot about the truck we were looking at and the make/model in general. He was very personable and knowledgeable at the same time. He did not make us feel pressured to buy the truck. He allowed us as much time as we wanted to test drive the truck and to look over every inch of it. When it came time to purchase, Joe was kind enough to stay later than Bryner's open hours to finish up paper work and get us the lowest interest rate and lowest payment prices. Joe explained to us everything that came with the truck and everything that could be added to it. He also explained the warranties and all the services that Bryner offers.
