My recent experience leasing a Silverado at Bryner Chevrolet has been deeply disappointing. They declined to accept my leased Subaru Outback as a trade-in, but assured me the lease return would be ' Chevrolet has been deeply disappointing. They declined to accept my leased Subaru Outback as a trade-in, but assured me the lease return would be 'smooth and easy', only issue was a minor dent in the rear bumper. However, without my consultation, their got my car to the shop, and tried to repair it, but the repair work damaged the Rear Cross Traffic Alert radar sensor, creating a much more expensive problem than the original cosmetic issue, but I just figured that out later. This has left me in a difficult position - paying insurance on both vehicles and facing potential repair costs probably exceeding $1,000. The promised 'smooth and easy' lease return has turned into a complicated and costly nightmare. When I raised these concerns via the requested review, the dealership's response has been inadequate. After receiving a generic response asking me to call them to discuss the issue, I was simply directed to the original salesperson who was "with a client" (I'm certainly an EX-client!) and promised to call back, but never did. The lack of proper follow-through and professional customer service handling is concerning. What started as a simple vehicle transaction has turned into a stressful situation with unexpected financial burden. While the Silverado itself is probably a fine truck (Just drove it from the dealership to my garage in the last week), I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership based on their handling of issues and apparent lack of genuine customer care after the sale is complete. I genuinely wish I had taken my business elsewhere. More
