In January 2022 I purchased a Subaru Forester (first one) and had only a brief experience with the service personnel when the battery not receive it. So, I can comment on the waiting room and a service person that I asked to tell me about the service I could expect and the easiest way to get it. The battery was replaced quickly under the direction of the salesman. By the way the buying process of the vehicle was excellent. I'd like to compliment you on the lovely waiting room, coffee/water and other drinks available. comfortable seating, wi\fi outlets, very pleasant area. While waiting, I chatted with the service advisor who was knowledgeable, unhurried and eager to answer my questions regarding what I could expect from any further service I might need in the future. He was reassuring that should my vehicle need service everything the company represented would be available to me, good service, excellent mechanics, properly priced and the personal service of transportation to and from home.
