It was an unusual car purchase for me; due to world-wide production delays there were no new Crosstreks on the lot so we ordered one with the color and features we wanted. Just purchased a 2022 Outback and naturally with my luck there was an issue day 1 with some of the electronics. Bryan Subaru was not only able to get the issue fixed and replaced in less than three days bu there was an issue day 1 with some of the electronics. Bryan Subaru was not only able to get the issue fixed and replaced in less than three days but Richard quickly and confidently restored my faith in the purchase of a Subaru. The showroom is very clean and welcoming. Everyone working in the service department is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. A far cry from todays standards of customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to visit the service department that often outside of routine oil changes but if I do at least I know I can expect tremendous customer service. Thanks Bryan! Keep it up! More
