Such a refreshing change from the previous service center. Started from the time I called to schedule an appt to meeting the service advisor the day of my appt and just the friendly and professional center. Very poor customer service! !! At every opportunity to extend them selfs in a professional manner they fell short. No calls at all to inform me of service time line and that I !! No call on Monday to let me know it was ready! I Had to make all calls, WHY???? Is that some how beyond customer service????? Not happy with lack of customer consideration! More

The service team at Bryan Subaru are outstanding! They have great leadership with a fantastic team of highly skilled employees. I had the most dangerous and frightening road experience of my life, my They have great leadership with a fantastic team of highly skilled employees. I had the most dangerous and frightening road experience of my life, my vehicle was not driveable and I felt like no one at Subaru cared, until I met Jason and he introduced me to his team and assured me that I was in good hands and how quickly my problem became their problem. Corporate Subaru had left me stranded in New Orleans without a vehicle, withput a place to stay or a solution to my situation or any indication that they cared. Jason and his team did everything they could to change that experience. Thank you Bryan Subaru for Jason and his team. I hope Jason goes far in his career and he is valued by Subaru. I am so happy he was there! More
