This was my first experience with any Subaru service center. It was leaps and bounds above all previous dealership services. The team at Bryan was so helpful and welcoming. My google review: Avoid this dealership and their manipulative and lying staff, especially Brian Guzzardi. Since buying a Subaru in 2021, I have spent over $4,000 here, and there are still issues, an manipulative and lying staff, especially Brian Guzzardi. Since buying a Subaru in 2021, I have spent over $4,000 here, and there are still issues, and I have an extended warranty!! They will ALWAYS find an issue and a reason to charge more than what the warranty covers. Most importantly, they do not record all work in system and have bad communication between service desk and technicians. They also do not load the data to Carfax. Last visit last week, they claimed they mended two tires, and the next day one of them began leaking badly on my road trip. They obviously did not. AND there is no record of this work or the “full inspection” in my profile! I had to beg Brian to write something demonstrating I was there, and it’s sloppy, general, and not contained in my online profile. Lastly, they do not do a full inspection each time, as they claim. They can’t even take the time to test the pressure in each tire. I called Brian twice to work this out, and he never called me back. So I will never be going here again. They only want to deal with the rich and spoiled who do not care how and why they are charged. More
