Great! I took my car to another place (NTW) due to an odd noise. They quoted $1800.00 and a new drive shaft! I then took it to Bryan Subaru. He took it to the back, listened to a noise, and located a removed a STICK! Noise gone, drive shaft without issues. Plus they got this done on short notice on a Friday before I was leaving the country the next day. I am VERY IMPRESSED! More

Brought my car in for service. I am handicapped and have service dog. They refused me a loaner vehicle. I explained I had no one to pick up and no other vehicle. They said my vehicle was unsafe to drive. 4 1/2 hours later I finally got an Uber to take me home…only to find out they offer Uber service, just not to me. I felt so discriminated against. It was not a good experience. On the other hand, the technicians fixed my car and it’s doing great. More
