They did a 24k service including tire rotation and did not check tire pressure. I phoned when I noticed- did not check it off on work order and tires were very unbalanced. The service representatives with whom I worked were friendly, efficient, helpful, and answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. Then, a mechanic appeared (probably to speak with the service manager) and answered yet another question. To me, this shows a commitment to customer service with emphasis on both "customer" and "service" as the information and the way it was conveyed was both useful and respectful. I also was given a quote on my vehicle for trade-in and the estimator was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The only suggestions I have is maybe to add one or two more service advisors; they always seemed overworked and behind. I was 40 minutes late to my appointment and had to wait at least another 15-20 minutes to be helped. This even happens when I'm on time so I'm guessing staffing is not sufficient for the number of customers. Another suggestion is to have someone do a final check before the vehicles are handed over to the customer. I have not double checked yet since picking up my car the other day, but often (usually) I find that some part of interior molding has not been snapped back into place. Not that big of a deal to me but it could be to others. Finally, I gave the speed of service an "average" rating because it took 6 hours. I'm not complaining because frankly there was a lot to do and I have no idea how many mechanics you have, how many vehicles were ahead of me, and the standard time for accomplishing the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Nonetheless, my suggestion to management would be not to rush mechanics as work takes as long as it takes, and I'd rather it take longer than for me to get back a vehicle with parts rattling because the mechanics were rushed. I understand time is money, but so is good mechanic work. More
