Long wait-high cost I’ve had Subaru’s in the past and have looked for months to find and buy this particular vehicle. This was my first periodic maintenance visit. The I’ve had Subaru’s in the past and have looked for months to find and buy this particular vehicle. This was my first periodic maintenance visit. The wait before service began was about one hour. Many of us were waiting. Not nearly enough seating. Not good waiting accommodations. But the worst of all was the cost of $91.00 for an oil change. I’ll NOT be coming back. Even my Ford truck dealer will do this service for $39.95. More

I was grateful not to have to figure out rides for a number of days while waiting for my car to get out of the shop. I also appreciated how clearly they lay out the inspection of the car in their documentation - the best format I’ve seen. More
