If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 1pm on Tuesday because my check engine light came on right before a really big drive I had to make. I brought it in and m I made an appointment for 1pm on Tuesday because my check engine light came on right before a really big drive I had to make. I brought it in and my consultant Richard barely looked at me while he was on the phone. I waited and waited and finally a woman asked if I needed help and I said Richard is supposed to help me but I’m here dropping the car off in my lunch break so I’m on a time crunch. She was very sweet and helped me get the paperwork started and in the end finished because in 15 minutes Richard didn’t even look at me. Anyways so didn’t hear back from them all day after I left if there to go back to work so called to check on it early Wednesday. Didn’t get a returned call until 2pm saying the car hadn’t even been “diagnosed” but was next in line. …so whats the point of an appointment?… I got another call 3 hours later saying they don’t have enough time to diagnosis it. Mind you I expressed to them the urgency of moving across the country Saturday. By no means is it their fault that the timing was bad but if I make an appointment I at least expect the car to be seen that day to give me some answer and an estimate. Instead they kept my car until Thursday morning and I’m currently just crossing my fingers I don’t break down in a remote area on the way there… Richard was extremely rude and dismissive of me. Probably should have had one of my guy friend take it in. He clearly didn’t have an ounce of respect for me. More

We came to this dealership cold having just moved to the area with an 11 year old high mileage vehicle that had seen some wear and tear. The AC diagnosis was not good, but the explanation was clear, logical, and delivered directly and without condescension. The dealership at our old home was excellent. They were at least our partners if not our friends. From our first experience Bryan Subaru through Brianna we have just found our new partners. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Bryan Imports. Joe Alimo took extra effort to answer my questions. The vehicle I purchased was fully serviced and even detailed before I left the dealership.
