I made an appointment for the replacement of a recalled passenger side airbag, by the time the appointment came around we were in the midst of the cit I made an appointment for the replacement of a recalled passenger side airbag, by the time the appointment came around we were in the midst of the city wide stay home order, so I was pretty surprised that they were open. They were not exercising social distancing, no one was wearing a mask, they did have a sign on the doors that alerted people that they were a hand shake free zone. This probably why the pandemic is worse in Louisiana than in other states. The young man at the desk took my keys and told me it would be 2-3 hours, they were done in 2 hours and 10 minutes. The last time I was here for the temporary fix to the same recall, the technicians left the wires to several controls on my dashboard disconnected, the technician this time fixed all the mistakes and broken things that the previous technicians didn't do. More

Not only did they get my problem fixed, they offered a short list of other services that my vehicle would need around this time, and I authorized those I could not perform myself. Having a loaner vehicle (topped off and ready to roll) was extremely handy, especially under the circumstances where it's safer not to allow customers to remain on-premises waiting around. I greatly appreciated the service staff's compliance with best practices in Social Distancing, and commend their efforts. More
