Last year, I bought a used Subaru with more than 100k miles. I picked Subaru because the car is for my son, and Subaru has a reputation for safety and reliability. Less than a month after I bought the car, I had a major repair issue arise. The car was just outside the extended warranty for the problem. I did not buy the car from Bryan Used Cars, but I brought it to Bryan’s Service Dept because I wanted to make sure it would get fixed right, by folks who know Subaru. After talking to Bryan’s Service Manager, Jason Gullo and Service Representative, Jeff DeLange and Bryan’s mechanic, Johnny Thibodeaux, they diagnosed the issue and worked with me on a plan to fix it as if it was still under the warranty! I cannot thank them enough for taking my concerns seriously (even though the issue was intermittent!), working with me to find the problem and then generously repairing the car as if it was under the extended warranty!! The car drives beautifully!!! The stellar Bryan Service Dept is a team you can trust and I am very grateful to them! More
