The service is fine. The people are nice. However, they never return my calls. It took a more than a month to finally schedule to have my mirror fixed. I would call asking for a timeline and they would say never return my calls. It took a more than a month to finally schedule to have my mirror fixed. I would call asking for a timeline and they would say they would call me back and never would. The mirror was installed wrong and I was supposed to also have one set of brakes fixed. I have to call back AGAIN a couple of months later from my initial service to see if they can schedule me or tell me anything. It’s annoying to want to pay for and need service and they just never get back to me for follow up. More

I had brought my vehicle on for some regular maintenance services and a bad battery. Unfortunately after leaving the shop I had some problems with the vehicle. Jason the manager and Jeff the service reps we services and a bad battery. Unfortunately after leaving the shop I had some problems with the vehicle. Requiring major repairs, I was offered a loaner vehicle and was kept in the loop on updates. My vehicle is back home and so far running great. Thank you for the terrific service! More
