This was a difficult decision as to how to rate as it took 3 1/2 months to complete. It was a complicated electrical issue and during that time we had the 4th of July, a cracked windshield that occurred took 3 1/2 months to complete. It was a complicated electrical issue and during that time we had the 4th of July, a cracked windshield that occurred during the car's stay at Bryan which had to be replaced, COVID running thru the service department, Bryan's electrical guru out on military leave and Hurricane Ida during which time I left town for 5 weeks. But, in the end, I had to ask myself how did Bryan perform compared to my experiences in the past with other dealerships. And I decided that Bryan came thru on my behalf in solving the problem and completing the job to my satisfaction. And I was not charged for what could have been a hefty bill. So I will give Bryan another 5 star rating for exceptional service with a special shout out to service manager Jason Gullo for stepping in and expediting the process. More

Sales guy was out the door b4 I got out of the car but then when it came to updates on my order - crickets. I would email and I would get replies like "I will get that info at the end of the month" (the v then when it came to updates on my order - crickets. So I'd email again a few weeks later and get a reply like "I need to call my supplier tomorrow and let you know" and then nothing... Ended up calling on his day off (not on purpose) and spoke with another sales guy who was strangely able to answer my questions.... WHAT??? Even text replies took hours to get back. I knew someone else who went to buy a car there and was told they had 3 cars on the lot, so what is the excuse for not following up? They can't be THAT BUSY with 3 cars on the lot... Plus all the other sales people were on their cells slouched in the chairs around the showroom... (not that I blame them one iota, but stating as an example of how NOT busy they were.) The original gal that replies to the online inquiry, Samantha, was AWESOME! Quick reply, funny, very personable, "got me", but the sales guy? Didn't seem to care until I bought the car. Then he was all "do you have any questions about the car?" The finance guy was chipper and upbeat, got it all tied up with a bow in no time. I realize things are still very pear-shaped, but still.... SIMPLE follow ups are not THAT hard. Took all of the excitement out of the whole experience by having to chase simple answers. I only emailed a check-in maybe 4 times in the 6 months it took to get the car. (I knew it would take that long and I wasn't in a rush so that part was fine, but check-ins would have been nice. It was actually supposed to be 5 months and ended up being 6, but again - I kind of expected that.) And I had to speak to a DIFFERENT salesman to get answers. idk... Not my 1st new car purchase either., but it was my 1st custom order though. I won't even go into the insult of a trade-in offer. More
