The service department is very good but the waiting room is prehistoric. I’ve used 3 different Toyota dealerships over 30+ years and the waiting areas have always been top of the line. I was pleased with the ability to make a quick service appointment on the day of calling. Within minutes, the car was being serviced and they detected a battery that needed replacing as well.
