I purchased 4 tires on sale during an event. Buy 3 tires get 4th for $1. When I submitted the General Tire rebate form, I was told the 4th tire was free so I did not qualify for the $100 rebate. I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to health issues. She wanted her Lexus Rx 350 to accompany her on the trip. I did not have an appointment and took a chance for service. I was immediately and politely greeted by Kayla who got me in very quickly. The service was fairly routine but they got me out quick. the waiting room was very nice, much nicer than their closest competition. 40 minutes and I am out the door. Prior to this service visit my son and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4/ Highlander and were greeted and assisted by Roger Miller who could not have been any more professional. the experience I have had at Easler was far above the standard I have received at other dealerships. I have had service on all of my vehicles done at Bryan Easler for more than 10 years. I literally won’t take any car I drive to another dealership. Hank and Antonio are a team to be reckoned with… these Easler for more than 10 years. I literally won’t take any car I drive to another dealership.
