We were walk ins - your appt calendar was filled. We went anyway because of an upcoming trip. They took us - squeezed us in anyway. I love Bryan Easler Toyota, but this visit was frustrating. I had an appt for new tires and an inspection. Was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I had to wait there and was fine with that until th frustrating. I had an appt for new tires and an inspection. Was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I had to wait there and was fine with that until the 3 hour mark when I checked on the progress. I was told it would be 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I went to check and it was ready. I guess nobody told me (and it also never said “ready” on the app I was sent to check on progress. I guess since my advisor had gone to lunch nobody else filled in for her. So, nearly 4 hours of waiting….1.5 hours longer than I had planned for. I paid and got home and the app still showed my car was in progress. Not sure what the point of that is. More
